Character Name: Hellion (Dirk Strider)
Unit: Byzantium
Age: 16
Height: Let’s say about 5’ 7”. He’s the size of a teenage boy in the early stages of a major growth spurt.
Weight: Average? Possibly a little underweight since he’s likely malnourished.
Eyes: Orange (but nearly always covered by dumb pointy sunglasses)
Hair: Blonde
Appearance: Here’s what he looks like in comic.
Dirk is easily recognizable by his pointy (Kamina-style) shades and immaculately sculpted blonde hair. He’s got a wicked poker face that makes him look pretty much perpetually disinterested. He might or might not also have a spattering of sun freckles all over (hint: he does). On his right shoulder is a hideous tattoo of Hella Jeff, one of Dave's comic characters.
Clothingwise, he’s arrived in his very snazzy Derse Dreamer pjs which are what he’s pictured wearing here (warning: moving gif).

Description of powers: Dirk knows his way around swords. Other fighting abilities include weaponizing puppets and ornamental Santa figurines. He is able to move very, very quickly thanks to his flashstep (and he needs to know how to flashstep to be able to fight with puppets). Flashstepping Dirk is visible only as a blur.
He has not ascended to Prince of Heart (his God Tier title) in canon so his Heart powers are not fully realized. We know that as Prince of Heart, Dirk is “one who destroys/causes destruction through souls” but what exactly that entails is a little hazy. He is able to splinter his own “soul” and maintain awareness across numerous selves, but that power is unlikely to come into play here.
Strength/Extent of powers: He’s a skilled enough fighter to be able to take down a small fleet of giant mecha alien drones, but not without the help of two killer robots he created.
Innate: Yes but they are also memory related.
Memory related: Yes.
Relation to memory: He won’t know that he has the flashstep until he gains a memory that shows him doing it or until a situation arises in which he needs to move very fast. The fighting abilities were self-taught and will have to be remembered/relearned. The Heart powers are innate and can be remembered but it is unlikely he will be able to use them since all we are canonically sure of is the splintering ability and that requires a dreamself or other version of himself to take control of (this is subject to change but for now, I'm going to say it isn't possible).
Effect of the powercap: Dirk probably won’t need one.
